step 1: (maybe need China VPN) open website url : https://m.doujiaow3.com/vodhtml/bangexiju/

step2: Turn on adguard's website advertisement manual blocking function

step3: As you can see from my demo video, this selector doesn't work properly. (The ad image cannot be selected)

Expected Behavior
The ad image is correctly selected using the manual selector

This is a website dedicated to playing pirated streaming media.

Due to copyright reasons, IP addresses in many countries (or regions) may be blocked.

If you cannot access it, please try a VPN.

This website has special treatment. If you use chrome on the computer and switch the USER-AGENT to iPhone, MAYBE you will not be able to see the ad image.

You guys so professional , can definitely understand what I mean (#^.^#)

It works without a VPN from Australia.

Additionally, that ad banner is malware.
On iOS it will attempt to phish you into downloading a config to an iOS device which is without a doubt with malicious intent.

yes, i know this ad is something like a virus.

I just wonder why adguard can't select it.

@accountforadg Thank you for noticing!
We are investigating this issue.
As a temporary solution to block this banner, add the rules below to the User rules list:
||push.zhanzhang.baidu.com/push.js
||kmr.tovppl.cn/j/130537
||123abca.oss-cn-shenzhen.aliyuncs.com^

The latest update is a quick fix of the issue related to the ad blocking on YouTube for iOS 16.

Did the user rules mentioned above help to block the desired banner?

Did the user rules mentioned above help to block the desired banner?
---yes

The result I expect: adguard's selector works correctly on all sites.

@accountforadg
You can try creating custom rules on your own using Chrome DevTools and the link above, or ask for help from our professional filter creators in the AdGuard Filters repository.
