This issue reproduces on our side as well. Will be fixed.
Environment: AdGuard for iOS 4.5.2, iOS 17.1.1, iPhone Xs

Important note: the element blocking popup appears on eu.elpasotimes.com, but does not appear on elpasotimes.com.

This issue is specific to the mobile version of Safari. Does not reproduce in Chrome or Safari desktop.

The problem has been acknowledged, and there’s an open issue on GitHub where it’s being tracked. The issue is specific to the mobile version of Safari and does not reproduce in Chrome or Safari desktop. The AdGuard team has assigned someone to address the problem, and they have indicated that it will be fixed. Catlikesbest
