"Proceed anyway" button does not work

Users are unable to bypass the safe browsing filter using the "Proceed anyway" button

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a blocked website
2. Click on "Proceed anyway"

Expected behavior

Blocked websites load

Actual behavior

The page reloads but is still blocked. The way around this is to disable the Browsing security in AdGuard and refresh the page
