Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install 7.20 n3
  2. Add rules to user filter or enable some filters
    3.Update to 7.20 n4

Expected Behavior

All the filters are hare

Actual Behavior

The db is reset, only default filters are there.

Also happens when updating nightly 4 to nightly 5.

@RonKhondji , yes we are in handling process now, the bugfix will be released asap

Yes, it happens on update 3->4 and 4->5. Filters are reset.

Sadly, nightly 6 does not have a fix for this.

However, nightly 7 caused the problem #5301
