Language don't change in Ad blocking and DNS filter editor's sections

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install and run AGW, then choose any other language.
2. Go to Ad blocking -> Filter editor and DNS Protection -> Open DNS filter editor.

Expected Behavior

All elements were translated to the chosen language.

Actual Behavior

Types of filters and some of their names are still in user's default language.
