If possible please add this feature that limit per customer or maximum overall maximum connection state.
My main goal here is to avoid hitting the maximum state limit that CGNAT ISP impose (Globe, Converge) regardless if your using business line without static ip or residential line.
With pfsense my setting on firewall is:
Maximum overall state : 2500
Per host max state: 100
with those setting I was able to use my residential line for voucher type captive portal setup. so far with 30+ simultaneous devices using the residential line, all connection is very smooth, no vpn whatsoever. But as soon as I remove that state limit on my firewall rules, issues begins to pop-up almost immediately causing no internet for some customers.
we all know here that using a residential line on pisowifi business have this issue called intermittent no internet issue all of that because where hitting that max state, I think Globe has maximum state of 5000 (based on people on tipidpc.com), hitting beyond 5000 state will cause no internet issue.
This option can also defer for those people who use wifi sharing while connected to captive portal wifi.
