Add unit-test coverage for Indesign Deck Dynamo (and other impl clean-up)

InDesign Deck Dynamo will be released with 4.6.0 due to project needs, however, the contributing team has committed to writing Unit Tests and clean-up any necessary lingering implementation feedback.
This issue is to track this work and ensure it happens.
