Cache happens at browser level.

The configured TTLs apply for every deployed SPA:

  • HTML: 1 minute
  • Other mime types for static files: 7 days

The Parcel bundler manages content hashes for the static files, which ensures that the latest versions of these ones are used in the SPA upon deployment.
