"Hide from search engines" functionality is not adequately documented #42

Description

It is not clear what, exactly, will happen when this box is checked. My guess is it will force the X-Robots-Tag HTTP response header to be set to noindex maybe via the NGINX configuration? It would be helpful if the documentation outlined what exactly is the effect of enabling this setting.

Possible solutions

Clarify the exact technical outcome if the box is checked.
