Issue description:
Please publish a typescript types.d.ts to npm so developers can read these docs in the IDE, use code completion, and catch errors before they crash UXP. It would make development sooo much easier. This AdobeXD/typings repo exists but it is very out of date and is manually maintained by some poor student for free. Can't yall just programmatically generate a types.d.ts file from the docs (or vice versa, generate the docs from the types.d.ts)?
