Not working in Wayland

No idea of how to fix it, but it stopped working when I switched to Wayland.

It works for maximizing but not fullscreen

Firefox/Dolphin neither worked

I have hacked it to use different mechanism, but I have no idea if its right solution
Also might have memory leaks

kwin-maxmize-to-new-desktop does not work on latest kde wayland for new virtual desktop to fullscreen function as of now.
For some strange reason only google chrome works.

Completely a 5 minute (okay 30mins :D) hack. Read the REAME for details/warnings.
