add prompt for a name for the processing run , use it for output folder

Can we change the folder name that the results go into (i.e. Undetermined_S0_L001_R1_001.fastq.gz) and maybe make it more informative such as the SQ number or some other meaningful unique identifier? (i.e. in some cases we may run a library on multiple lanes)

this is already support , in that you can choose a non-default output folder , so can incorporate something like a project name at that point
