Edit / Cancel user's account

On the user's account we need to give options to the user either to update (edit) / cancel the user's account.

Expected Behavior

The edit user account would lead to the edit account page, meanwhile the cancel account would open a confirmational modal window to delete the account, or return to the user's account page.
