Dark mode table hover makes text hard to read #252

Describe the bug
When looking at a table example (https://www.agnosticui.com/docs/components/table.html) and in dark mode, when you hover over a row, the text becomes hard to read:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the table example, or just use the table component? (I assume, I'm only reporting what I saw in the docs)
Ensure dark mode is active
Hover over a table row

Expected behavior
The text in the cells should have a more contrasting color on hover.
