What is the Problem Being Solved?

We'd like to verify that v8-priceAuthority still works after an upgrade in Emerynet and other test networks.

Description of the Design

This contract is only involved in price consumers (Auctions, Vaults) making initial contact with the oracles that they're interested in. Once they have the interface from the priceFeed vat, they continue to communicate directly with it. We have verified functionality in a3p-integration, and don't anticipate problems after upgrade.

Look for the log message saying that upgrade occurred.
