We've been making progress on adopting atomicRearrange in ZCF everywhere (#6679).

The docs only describe the version in Zoe Helpers, though the deprecation in ZCF is well-documented.

This task is just to copy the descriptions from Zoe Helpers to ZCF and publish it so the preferred approach is more visible.
