Goal: Enhance swaparoo contract to pay out the fee to "someone" e.g. venue operator

Use this to show Permissioned deployment - so we show who gets paid
Depends on #750

Create a (Lesson plan + video) that shows the code and explainer for the following:

  • How to pay Someone | with Code sample

namesByAddress / namesByAddressAdmin, and depositFacet - per account namespace has an explanation and code sample for how to pay someone.

doesn't tell the whole story from permissioned deployment, though
