Update firmware to match miniDAQ GPIOs to those on the DAQ

Just putting our conversation here:

The two GPIOs can serve as sync output and trigger input but aren't the same GPIOs as what are used in the standard Miniscope DAQ.

The 'FRAME_OUT' and 'TRIG_RECORD_EXT' definitions within the Miniscope DAQ firmware need to be changed from 20 and 21 to 18 and 23. Then the firmware needs to be rebuilt and flashed onto the MiniDAQ.

Hoping to have someone do this in-house and contribute the firmware back.
