[Bug] launcher WINDOWS application doesn't open properly

so whenever i try opening this application, it doesn't open properly, and shows off an error. i got it working on my laptop, but now that i got myself a new pc, and want to try randomizing 3ds pokemon games, it won't allow me to. i was wondering if i could get some help on this matter. i know it was probably solved long ago, but i would like to get some present assistance on the matter, since there could be more details into fixing this problem for me

this means your using 32 bit java you need 64 bit java from here, https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
