Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

New releases go out every day with the assumption that things always meet a minimum spec. But, this is assumed as we have very few tools that actually report on this.

Describe the solution you'd like

Let's look into this tool for running an automated check with each PR that can operate in the remote and alerts us to any issues prior to a merge and release of a PR.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Just keep hoping we don't screw this up.

Exit criteria

This issue can be closed once we have an automated Lighthouse test within our build and pre-commit process.
