auro-table: Sorting functionality

As a user, I sometimes want to sort information displayed to me in the auro table, for example when reviewing my lounge passes or gold guest upgrades, I may want to sort by access type or by expiration date or by reason I was gifted a pass.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great if sorting buttons were built into the auro table headers so that the user themselves can decide how they want to prioritize the data they are viewing.

Building custom buttons for the auro table to sort be specific values.

Additional context

We've had an ask for more thorough sorting functionality in the Lounge Pass and Memberships views and would love to see this enabled in auro.

Thanks for the feature idea @Dayna-A ! We do have some needs for sorting for other potential uses cases as well, like deals or flight results pages. If you can work with designers they can work on some blueprints for auro-table and other use cases. The earliest we could do work on this would be in q1 but if we have blueprints and you are able to contribute that would be great as well.
