What are the benefits of having such an extension? Please describe.

help restructuring servers without interruption from the public

Describe the solution you'd like

a command to enter maintenance which removes every role from everyone and grants a maintenance-role to everyone who is added (every time) by an admin

after ending the maintenance everyone will get their old roles back
