Foreign key migrations fails for folded pages

Turns out the site I'm working on has a duplicate entry n the alchemy_folded_pages table, preventing the index for that table to be created. Should that be cleaned up as part of the tidy task?

Edit: In my case this was only one entry, which I found by hand.

Thanks for reporting. Yes, I think it makes sense to add this to the tidy task and maybe even a foreign_key as well. Are you available to provide a PR?

The foreign key is already there, this just missed the tidy task thingy.
