After enabling the Thorium 2024 UI which restores UI elements of pre-Chrome refresh 2023 when I right click the "old right-click menu" shows. Normally, (when the menu is short in height) the pointer ends up either on top or bottom edge of the menu. But when the menu is long, the pointer ends up on the right or left edge of the menu but it actually ends up on one of the options and clicks it.
Note: This is fine when the pointer is on far right of the screen and the menu opens up on left and the pointer only accidentally clicks it but no option is triggered. And when the menu opens up to the right of the pointer, this almost always happens.
Another Note: I think this is only because of the pointer ending up over the menu cause right click on a right click menu is equivalent to left click?.
