I don't think it's me clicking the wrong place - twice I had the situation where when using Skadi (3) it would switch places with a tile that was one away from where I had actually clicked. I think it would use the tile one to the left or down from the one I wanted.

Weird, I've never encountered this and I have no idea what could cause it. But I'll look around.
