[hyprland/window] window titles in special workspaces aren't shown

When a special workspace is toggled, the hyprland/window waybar module stays the same and persists even if the workspace behind the special workspace is changed (see video).

To reproduce:

1. open any window (that provides a window title) in a normal workspace
2. toggle special workspace
3. switch the workspace in the background

hyprctl workspaces gives the accurate window title for the special workspace, so I believe this should be on waybar's end?
