Generic types in `InterTypes` #91

It would be good to be able to define generic types in InterTypes. This may particularly be necessary for updating ADTs.jl (#90).

For example, one may want something like

@sum Args{T} begin
  Value(v::T)
  Kwarg(k::Symbol, v::Value{T})
end
