There are some issues with the Documentation pages that have been pointed out to me.

  1. https://algebraicjulia.github.io/Decapodes.jl/dev/ has the "NOTE" section here twice. There should only be one.
  2. https://algebraicjulia.github.io/Decapodes.jl/dev/grigoriev/ should remove the included sharp_op.jl file since this has now been moved into CombinatorialSpaces.
  3. There are many pages that use to_graphviz but a link to download Graphviz is never provided. This should be added to the front page probably.

Adding on to this, it seems like the NHS and Klausmeier models are taking a long time to run.
