Let's say lower and higher handlers are overlapping at the moment;
The package always show the same handler at the top of the stack.
This causes both of the handlers displayed at the same time (concentric circles)
What would be nice is when user makes one of the handlers active(e.g. dragging), that specific handler should be rendered on top of other handler.
