Description

Endepunktet GetFiles() brukes for å søke opp filer. Implementer SQL-spørringen bak slik at det er mulig, men ikke påkrevd, med følgende filtre foreløpig:

Vi forventer at dette endepunktet kommer til å polles hardt, men rimelig forutsetning er at vi vil kunne få på plass en rate limiting og/eller cachingløsning. En kan også begrense resultatsettet, men kunden må alltid kunne finne alt for et gitt søk via paginering eller lignende.

Evaluer eksisterende standarder for REST søk.

Altinn 2 hadde et endepunkt HasAvailableFiles som kjørte en "exists" type spørring (mye raskere). Evaluer behovet for et tilsvarende endepunkt sett ift. rate limiting og/eller caching.
