Backend: should add summary 2.0 to task-id sync-event

User Story:

As a user, I should be able to change the task ID within the process editor in Studio without having to manually update all Summary 2.0 components on the Utforming page.

Purpose of User Story:

The studio/designer should serve as a helpful tool for "tjenesteutvikler" to develop "tjenester" without the need to manually track and synchronize references between task-id and files that reference the task-id.

Technical Requirements

We already have a sync event in the backend when changing taskId. In this issue, we should just extend that to include Summary 2.0 component.

Acceptance criteria

• I as a user can change task-id within process-editor, without needing to change summary 2.0 components in "Utforming".
• Technical implementation is using established pattern in designer.
