Description

In #107, it was planned that our table components (now Grid, repeating Group, and to some extent List) should support lots of columns with a wide scrollable container:

This should probably be an optional parameter that can be set on these components, allowing columns to expand greater widths than the container they're in, with a forced horizontal scrollbar.

In addition, #107 mentioned support for 'frozen columns', where one or more of these columns are 'sticky' and are always displayed when the user is scrolling horizontally.
