Multiple Theme Buttons Appearing

When navigating in the Journal, I noticed that multiple theme buttons would appear, and keep stacking until the journal is closed

@Xafarus So, I've been trying to recreate this. Can you tell me what System you're using and what you mean by 'navigating in the Journal'? I just went through every entry in a very large journal and never got a second button, so I need to find out what I'm doing wrong so I can recreate this and fix it.
