Create a Associated Model report for fields that reference Equipment, Material and Personnel models #20

Have the following sections:

Equipment Fields
Material Fields
Personnel Fields

Fields have the following property:

   <Property name="AssociatedModel">Equipment</Property>
   <Property name="AssociatedModel">Material</Property>
   <Property name="AssociatedModel">Personnel</Property>

Reason for the report:

List all fields that are referencing the Material Model
List all fields that are referencing the Equipment Model
List all fields that are referencing the Personnel Model
