Feature description
The Ethereum Connector must be able to connect to the Optimism Network, this should be very similar to the work done for Arbitrum.

Expected output

  • Create optimism configuration
  • Add a new Blockchain and update the GenericClient
  • Unit tests covering all basic functionality
