Implement a Decentralized Payment Gateway using Solana. This will involve:

A Rust-based smart contract to process SOL payments between users.
A Node.js API to handle transactions and interact with the Solana blockchain.
A frontend form for users to input wallet details (payer’s secret key, recipient’s address) and initiate payments.
