Posting here an entry from Discord, as requested:

Customizable numbers of items on resource panel but somehow at greater numbers (10+) they were off-center on my screen.

I mean, don't use more entries than you screen can fit on your screen?

Iirc, I can fit about 12. Someone with a 4k monitor might fit over 20, depending on how much they resized the whole user interface. I'm not going to add an upper limit based on a estimate relative to the screen resolution and the scale of the UI.

The issue isn't going beyond the screen. All categories appeared, it's just they were off to the side, and needlessly moved to the right over the minimap, rather than spread evenly. Anyway, thanks for the answer.

Oh that.
Known issue, read tooltip. switching/going back from combat mode will reset it properly. Once i can figure why, i'll get it fixed.
