Bug: 3 newlines added below *** header line when saving a song

Hi, and thanks a lot for this software. It's super handy and to the point!

Whenever I save a song, the next time I open it three 'empty' newlines seem to have been added below the *** BMP - AutoScrollFactor *** header line. Repeated saves push the actual song text ever further down.

This occurs in both of these saving procedures:

1. When directly Saving from the ⋮ menu.
2. When opening the Edit Chords page by tapping the pencil icon; then leaving it again by tapping OK (whether I made changes or not); then tapping ← and confirming that I want to save.

The issue has been present for a while (at least a year?) now, but I don't know from what version onward.
