Hello, I'm having a bit of an issue with the Fermata app on my Samsung S23 and S24 Ultra devices. While it connects and plays on my head unit without any problems, the video freezes after a few minutes of streaming. I've noticed that the only way to prevent this is by constantly tapping on my phone's screen, which leads me to believe that it might be related to the screen dimming settings. However, I'm not entirely sure. Is there any way to work around this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Seems like the system enables a power saving mode. Try disabling the poser saving for the app, it should be somewhere in the phone settings.
Never thought of that! I just switched the battery settings for the fermata app from being "optimized" to "unrestricted", and a few other battery saving options that was set by default. I haven't tested it yet, but I have a feeling it very well could have been the problem. I'll let you know for sure later today or tomorrow, thanks!
