[Suggestion] Tinker's Construct Compatibility

Description
1.12.2 is one of the more popular versions of Minecraft despite not being as recent as versions like 1.18.2 and up, seeming to hold more mods which work together than ones in said newer versions due to just how long it's been around and how long mod developers have been working on their mods for it. We have mods like Tinker's Construct and Construct's Armory, which allow for the creation of unique modular weapons, tools, and armor.

The Betweenlands is, in my opinion, an exciting and enticing mod. A new world to explore with new challenges to face is always fun. And as a player who loves both the Betweenlands and Tinker's Construct, I feel like these two mods deserve a meeting grounds.

This is, of course, only an Idea. And one I don't expect to come to fruition at that. Still, though, I will hope and dream!
