Current source files contain:
in owl:
oboInOwl:date20:11:2023 15:24</oboInOwl:date>

in obo
date: 20:11:2023 15:24

I recommend to use the XML Data type for date: https://www.w3schools.com/xml/schema_dtypes_date.asp

Which makes the extraction of the information possible as its standard.

Also, for this date I recommend to switch to dc:modified
