Blank Core value doesn't seem to change in game

It seems whenever you use the Save Editor, the Blank Core value in-game doesn't seem to change whenever you use it.

Even if I have one Blank Core in game, then use the Save Editor and make no changes, the Blank Core in-game stays one forever.

I don't know if it'll change whenever you receive another in-game.
