Postponing of exception rendering

AWB exceptions are not formatted at the time of instantiation, in part to avoid potentially unneeded slow operations (although we don't encourage the "better say sorry than ask permission" style of coding in that case).

But if the exception triggers a DB rollback, any rendering done after that will be broken or have potentially wrong (rollbacked) information.
