Hello,

first - thank you for adding the possibility to use anonymous read access in v2.1.0. , it helps us a lot in specific use-cases.

Second, could you please correct the dashes to underscores in environment variable in the documentation from:
REGISTRY_AUTH_ANONYMOUS-READ-ACCESS_ENABLED
to:
REGISTRY_AUTH_ANONYMOUS_READ_ACCESS_ENABLED

Just a small detail, but if someone copy-pastes it like me, it might take a while to find out what is wrong :)
