Apollo10 在Jetson AGX Orin32G运行卡顿GPU好像没使用

Steps to reproduce the issue:

I can run DreamView, but when running the PNC demo 3.5, there is noticeable lag, leading me to suspect that the GPU is not being utilized properly. Using jtop to check the GPU status, it shows iGPU ga10b 0% -gov: nvhost_podgov.

主要是感知模块用gpu，pnc模块本身资源占用很少，跑车的时候占单核的20%左右。
建议卡顿原因从其他地方找找，尤其是io方面，可以使用top -c 看看系统进程资源使用以及整体负载情况
