Dashboards not showing new containers

Versions:
Docker monitor extension: 1.0.29
AppDynamics agent: 4.2.1.5
AppDynamics Controller: 4.2.2

Issue:
When our orchestrator (Rancher and their Cattle scheduler) decide to deploy a container to another host the dashboard for that host is not updated to display the metrics for the newly added container. Deleting the dashboard and letting the Docker extension recreate the Dashboard will show the new container.

Unfortunately, the APIs doesn't support updating the dashboard. So the only option is to delete the dashboard at this point of time.

I'm sorry to say but this makes the extension quite useless in a production scenario, where a Docker orchestrator might move containers across hosts at any point in time.
