Publish flatpak version (in Flathub)

It would be easy for users to install via flatpak. I think we can just fork https://github.com/flathub/rest.insomnia.Insomnia.

sorry guys I got a bit too busy the past two months.. and yeah, a new build + more local-only features are coming soon - and then I will build&publish it on flathub

I'm not familiar with building an electron app into flatpak but definitely looking to sort this out soon; https://github.com/ArchGPT/rest.insomnium.Insomnium (I haven't configured it for it to work with insomnium yet; will apprecaite any pr for a successful build @jimmyd-be thanks )
