Waypoints won't increment beyond 1

Everything works, but I'm using a single memory chip, so 10 waypoints. Set value of a=10. I attempt to increment the waypoint number, but it won't go past 1. I also am able to decrement it down to waypoint 0 for some reason.

Please let me know what I should try next.

Solved my own problem. I had the "wpl" button named "wp1" (numeral 1). Perhaps the instructions should be a bit more clear.
