Specimen-->locality page needs some changes

#1357 (and good management in general) has the potential to add lots of specimen-events. It's difficult to tell what's what in the current edit form.

• move verificationstatus to the top near event type
• dual-sort events
  • by event type with verificationstatus != 'unaccepted' then
  • by event type with verificationstatus = 'unaccepted'
• add some color or ?? - esp. unaccepted events should have a gray background or similar
• add maps: only one Event currently maps, and it's an image. Add real maps with WKT for geography and locality.
  • can we somehow - here and elsewhere - get all of the events on one map?? Should we? Seems useful for events-as-opinons, not so much for events as separate events.

Is there anything else that can be made better on that form?

Made some easy changes. Multiple "real" maps seems possible but not trivial. One is easier, but likely to be visually overwhelming if there are dozens of localities involved. I'm not sure how to prioritize this - you can't DO anything about it from this page so maybe low, but this may be a good place to detect a problem so maybe higher??
