University of Wyoming Issuers: HCV and Frozen Tissue Collection #5937
Comments
@dustymc can you please provide CSV's for the above two identifier types so we can proceed to upload to the Identifier IssuedBy Bulkloader tool? I updated the table with the number of records for each! thanks |
I can get CSV, just let me know exactly what you want. You can also eg https://arctos.database.museum/search.cfm?oidtype=UWYMV%20Frozen%20Tissue%20Collection then ![]() and download some defaults, or access some pretty fancy customizers (eg that'll probably save you needing to do anything in Excel). ![]() Click view/hide and that'll open up to something like.... ![]() feed it some values (or don't, whatever), click a button, I think you'll get what you want. You can even skip the download and go straight to the loader. ![]() Here's the other type link since I'm already there: https://arctos.database.museum/search.cfm?oidtype=UWYMV%20Historia%20Catalog%20Vertebrate
I'm a little lost, will you want to select preferred identifiers by type (there now, no problem) or issuer (will need small update) or some intersection or ???? |
I would set all of this up, but I don't have access to the collection and so I cannot get an identifier download. @ewommack can I help you with this so we can close an issue? |
@ewommack Please advise/confirm your decision: OPT 2) do nothing- keep as local identifier and thus keep in identifier_type where it is not globally relevant or useful. Just let us know so we can either work to implement (opt1) or close (opt2)! |
